Your prepaid gallons can be delivered anytime during the heating season as you need them. If you don't use all of your prepaid propane by May 31, your money doesn't disappear. Any remaining balance becomes a dollar credit that can be applied toward propane at the current market price or rolled into next year's Pre-Buy Program.
