Understanding Your Propane Invoice & Safety Information.

The front of your invoice

  • Your Invoice Number is located at the top of the invoice (e.g., #424). This number serves as a unique identifier for each delivery.

  • This section includes your name and account number. You will use your account number to set up your online account. *Please note that if you received an invoice prior to 4.14.25, your account number has changed, and you will need to contact our office for your new account number

  • This section includes your delivery address, tank serial number, and other important delivery details. If the serial number displays "xxx," this means we have yet to onboard your tank’s serial number. We are actively working on updating all customer serial numbers in our system..

  • The Truck # and delivery Driver information are listed here, but this is mainly for office tracking purposes and may not be particularly relevant to you.

  • The start count, end count, net delivery, gallons corrected to 60°F, sale number, and unit ID are pulled directly from our truck’s register, an enclosed system that is inspected yearly by the Ohio Division of Weights and Measures.

  • The starting percentage is calculated based on your tank size and the gallons delivered. The ending percentage is read off your tank by the driver and entered into the system. This gives us an accurate measure of how much propane is in your tank before and after delivery.

Gauge readings are not factored into the calculation of the gallons delivered.

  • If you paid the driver with cash or check, the payment amount and check number (if applicable) will be listed under the Payments section. If no payment is made upon delivery, this section will not appear.
