Seth has been very professional on the phone and get back to me in a reasonable amount of time and have been able to get us propane without waiting very long. We like that they are a small family owned business. Great customer service. :)

Jason has helped me out in times when bigger chains would make you you wait. I've seen him on weekends at 8 PM totally exhausted, but he's compassionate. He would never let someone go without heat because they weren't paying attention to their gauge, he understands. I hope that he's around as long as I need fuel because I trust him, nobody else. I don't pay attention to the price because he's always been fare and straight forward during tough times. Good Guy! Damm Good Guy!

Have been using Acorn for years. Anyone who answers the phone is always patient, understanding, helpful and accommodating. Ran out of fuel last year due to my failure to pay close attention. Called and had propane delivered before the end of the day. Recently converted to natural gas. Called to let the guys know so they can pick up the tanks. I will miss the best service in the county.
