Upon placing an order for a propane tank re-fill, you will receive a confirmation email. We kindly request that you only request re-fills for tanks rented through Acorn LPG or customer-owned tanks, and please be aware that winter deliveries may experience delays due to weather conditions or increased demand. HD-5 propane
This is the highest quality propane available on the market, with a minimum purity level of 90%. This type of propane is commonly used for residential heating, cooking, and other applications where purity is important. HD-5 propane has a low moisture content, which helps to prevent corrosion in propane tanks and equipment. It also has a high vapor pressure, which makes it easy to ignite and burn efficiently.
HD-10 Propane
This grade of propane is a less pure version of HD-5 propane and is commonly used for agricultural, industrial, and commercial purposes. It has a minimum purity level of 90% propane and 10% propylene and other hydrocarbons.
Commercial Propane
This grade of propane is the lowest quality propane available and is commonly used for forklifts, torches, and other industrial purposes. It has a minimum purity level of 80% propane and 20% propylene and other hydrocarbons. It is generally not recommended for use in residential or commercial heating or cooking applications due to its lower purity level
